Meet Dr. White
Hi, my name is Dr. Kerri White, and I am pleased to offer you and your family the best dental service you have ever experienced. I decided to become a dentist when another dentist changed my life. I lived the first 20 years of my life with a severe underbite. Speaking and chewing were difficult, headaches were common, as was dealing with the teasing and being called “bull dog” face. When I was 18, I worked three jobs one summer to save up for the down payment on my braces. I finally got the jaw surgery to correct my bite when I was 20 years old. The team of my dentist, orthodontist, and oral surgeon changed my life so much for the better that it inspired me to do the same for others.
I graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy, a private school with a heavy focus on clinical dentistry in the heart of Detroit, MI. It was a blizzardy day in April when I had finally had enough of the snow and convinced my husband that a move to Florida was the best thing for us. I was overjoyed at the chance to offer my services to patients of all ages in south Florida, giving the best that dentistry has to offer with compassion and the excellence that more than nine years of experience brings.
My philosophy on dentistry is simple: put the patient’s well-being first because every patient deserves the same standard of care as I would expect for myself. At White Smiles, we REALLY do treat you and your family like our family. To deliver this high standard of care, my team and I are dedicated to only doing top quality and state-of-the-art treatment. I am so blessed to work with such a great team. I guarantee satisfaction in all I do; I am not happy unless you are happy. All of my crown and bridgework is under warranty for at least seven years, since I use only the highest quality of dental labs and materials.
I am a sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a member of the International Team of Implantology, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Through these organizations, I attend continuing education courses several times throughout the year so I can always bring the latest and greatest to my patients.
At the office, we offer all phases of general dentistry including: prevention/hygiene, crown and bridge, implant services, tooth colored fillings, root canals, extractions, dentures, veneers, whitening, Lumineers® veneers, and I am also certified with advanced Invisalign® II Certification.
I can honestly say there is nothing else I would rather do than be a dentist. Even if I won the largest lottery jackpot in history, I would still be here in Boca Raton doing dentistry on all the patients I care about so much. I would just do it at no charge!
Along with giving my patients the best, I also give our community the best. I am a member of the Junior League, which is an organization of women volunteers whose purpose is entirely educational and charitable. We recently developed a screening program for low-income immigrant farm workers and their children. I have also been a volunteer dentist for Special Olympics of Florida and am registered with the Florida Emergency Health Volunteers. Currently, I am working on a Give Back a Smile case that helps survivors of domestic violence who have suffered damage to, or lost, their smiles in an abusive attack from a former spouse or partner. I am also proud to say that our office raised the most money for the foundation in the entire country this year with our Give Back a Smile Whitening Drive.
Feel free to stop in our office anytime to meet all of us! I look forward to meeting you personally!
